One of the best ways to improve your concentration and focus is through meditation. It takes at least 1 hour or 2 hours more to do this activity. But maybe many of you don't have time to practice meditation. One of the easiest ways to replace meditation is to focus on your breathing. Feel the air entering your airways and exhale slowly. Focus for some time.
Regulating your breathing will not only calm your circulatory system, but focus will also help you achieve that inexplicable sense of 'peace' and contentment. You can also do this anytime and anywhere.
